Job Description

- Working location: District 01, HCMC

<Job Responsibilities>
① Business Management related to office building projects:
- Management of project finance condition.
- Company management (administration of project company, controlling leasing team and operation team).
② Acquisition of new project
- Investment: consider project development structure, project cash flow, contract terms, etc.
- Contract: negotiation with partners, prepare project contracts
- Procedure: legal procedures regarding the projects.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Bachelor's Degree (preferred in Accounting / Finance major)
・Language: English - Business Level or Japanese - Business Level
・Exeprience: Experienced working in Finance management / Investment roles in Real Estate companies.
・Prefers candidates who had experience working in Japanese Companies and familiar with the working culture.
・Strong skills in analyzing and consulting to BOD in project finance.
