Formula Supervisor

Job Description

Manage all activities of Formula Department

Monitor process of receiving material from WH and delivering to production lines, ensure right quantity and right time.

Arrange the work force in a reasonable way in each process.

Supervise workers and ensure good discipline in every shift.

Maintain 5S and keep the working stations clean and well organized.

Job Requirement

University degree in Chemical engineering.

Good knowledge or experience in Color management is an advantage.

Experience in managing shopfloor workers in a manufacturing site.

Proactive in problem analysing and solving.

Strong leadership and Result-oriented.

Able to communicate in English.
