Job Description

Propose business strategy & yearly/quarterly planning for MT channel
Develop, organize category management, proposal and promotion plan for MT channel sales activities
Collect market intelligence & key competitors’ activities to revise sales plans accordingly
Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive performance
Manage sales plans and work closely with cross functions to ensure target is realized & achieved
Coach and lead MT team for best performance and career development
Review and provide demand forecast with assumptions, and conduct root course analysis to take actions
Perform other job-related as assigned
