- Manage key accounts; build up special caring program to strengthen company's image, seek and take care contractors and consultants - Build up relationship with consultants to do spec-in. - Build up relationship with contractor to secure projects. - Follow up customers in term of payment (Account Receivable), Project delivery plan, Project approaching, bidding, and contracts. - Market development: expand sales network and new customers (contractors, consultants and developers) - Report sales progress and result frequently: daily, weekly, monthly - Keep tracking on market movement and competitors’ activities and information - Keep tracking on moving consensus for project delivery plan and updating project information
Job Requirement
- Bachelor of University of Technology (Major: Heat and Ref Engineering) is plus - Experienced in sales projects – at least 3 year experiences (product: Air-conditioner, Elevator, light, electronics…) - Good communication skills - Good at English (>500 score of TOEIC) - Good at negotiation skill - Sales oriented, drive for results and good interpersonal skill - Work well under pressure and independently - Well on job organizing, planning and critical thinking - Good at office computer skills - Hard-working, dynamic, high sense of responsibility and open-minded - Teamwork, disciplined working spirits - Willing to learn, adapt and to be flexible in new environment/or situation - To be able to go on business trip
