(Senior) Production Engineer (Outdoor Product)

Job Description

• Line analysis trouble shooting which related to process, material, and design.
• Process & Quality improvement (Short and Long-term improvement).
• Work with cross function for rework method & routing definition.
• Follow In-process reject daily, FPY monitoring, especially related to function test defect.
• Analysis timely, find the root cause and effective action/solution. IPQC/OQC reject analysis.
• Line down follows up & improvement. Line audit, Gemba Walk. CIP for material & routing saving.
• Drive Internal / External Benchmarking effort / activities.

This position will be based in Tan Phu Trung Industrial Zone, Cu Chi, HCMC. Shuttle bus from District 1, 11, 12, Binh Thanh, Thu Duc, Tan Binh, Hoc Mon is available.

Job Requirement

• University bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineering or related.
• Minimum 3-5 years of manufacturing experience with a multi-national company in Process Engineering or Production Engineering.
• PFMEA, DOE Understand CAD / WORD / EXCEL software, working knowledge Oracle ERP is a plus.
• Lean Manufacturing knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong decision making with good analytical / problem solving skills.
• Strategic thinking skills.Strong oral and written English skills
• Able to identify the strengths and weakness of the multinational teams; define actions to improve the team skills, scope, and capability.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving skills.
• A Self Starter with a hands-on, eager to implement key initiatives and support through to the successful implementation.
