- Maintain business relationships, take care of old customers, and expand new clients (Mainly)
- Plan and organize work schedule daily, weekly, and monthly and implement a business plan that has been approved
- Tale notes when contacting the customers and records all customer information
- Report content customer contact during the day for Sales Manager
- Get customers' orders and deal with the conditions: price, product quality, delivery time... and pass them to Sales officers (Sales indoor) who are in charge of proceeding to the next steps.
- Receiving and handling customer complaints about product quality, delivery time...
- Follow up on orders and urge customers to solve payment problems.
- Trading, learning customer needs.
- Search for potential customers.
- Graduated from University (any major)
- 3-5 years of sales B2B experience in the manufacturing industry
- Fluent in English ( from Upper-intermediate)
- Able to travel to work by motorbike in HCMC (company will support car for further locations)
Prefer:
- University graduate majoring in chemistry
