Responsibilities:
- Responsible for setup and expanding B2B sales.
- Actively engaging with brands to launch their products/services on E-Commerce platforms or Channels. Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Arranging and conducting business meetings and presentations for potential clients (brands). Negotiating contract terms and structuring deals with the aim of maximizing sales profits and customer satisfaction.
- Managing and leading B2B Sales Executives. Training and helping team members develop their skills, by conducting formally and informally coaching sessions.
- Planning and overseeing new initiatives for the company. Researching markets, industries, organizations, and individuals to find new opportunities.
Requirements:
1. Education background requirements: Bachelor at relevant experience
2. Experience/Industry requirements:
- At least 3 years in sale B2B and 2 years at level management
- Ability to interact with a broad set of businesses and present both over the phone and in-person
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize them, and meet tight deadlines
- Strong eCommerce knowledge and analytical skills. Commercial performance-driven mindset, flexible and collaborative attitude
- Ability to build report, strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
