- Working location: Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Responsibility

<Job Objective>
- Ensure the operation of the department according to the Company's business goals. Financial analysis, financial risk control, tax risk control, insurance, proposal/ planning of the Company's general development strategy.

<Job Responsibilities>
Finance - Accounting:
- Maintain, update and improve Finance-Accounting policies, procedures and work processes.
- Manage and control company assets (fixed assets, cash, capital...).
- Control prices and purchasing, insurance
- Manage and approve the company's tax, accounting, and financial reports, ensuring the accuracy and truthfulness of accounting data.
- Ensure compliance with current tax and accounting laws and the group's accounting and financial policies.
- Ensure the progress of the group's consolidated reports.
- Coordinate the management of accounting software systems.
- Control credit, cash flow, capital operations.
- Plan mid-term/ long-term budget, including suggestion to General Director.
- Manage/ hold member’s council, and BOD.
- Jobs related to corporate governance. (SDGs, ESG, and etc.).
- Jobs related to joint venture and investors.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

Job Requirement

Requirements
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience: 
- 10 years of experience in Finance & Accounting operations
- At least 05 years of experience with managerial roles in logistics/ forwarding company
- Experience in tax risk control and insurance control.
- Experience with IFRS
- Experience in making the group's consolidated reports, financial analysis reports, and transfer pricing.
