To manage and coordinate daily administrative operations across catering, transportation, facility services, purchasing, payments, and internal events. This role ensures smooth service delivery, supplier coordination, cost control, and timely reporting to support efficient company operations.
· Catering Services: Arrange weekly menus, book meals, inspect canteen hygiene, handle complaints, and process payments.
· Transport Coordination: Manage shuttle buses, company cars, taxis/Grab; handle bookings, log sheets, invoices, and supplier meetings.
· Facility & Maintenance: Monitor factory equipment, lockers, air conditioners; handle repair requests, quotes (3 suppliers), and contracts.
· Cleaning & Security: Oversee cleaners and security staff; manage schedules, attendance, payments, and supplier evaluations.
· Purchasing: Handle PRs, get quotations, place orders for office/admin supplies, PPE, equipment, and refreshments.
· Payment Management: Process admin-related payments (utilities, staff support, transportation, purchases).
· Event & Office Support: Organize internal events, manage calendars, book meeting rooms, and handle guest reception.
· Travel Management: Book flights, hotels, transport, and support business travel expenses.
· Others: Any additional tasks assigned by the HR Manager
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
At least 1–2 years of experience in administrative or office support roles.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
Basic knowledge of labor law and office procedures is an advantage.
