Job Description

1. Transportation

• Arrange schedule (accommodation and transportation) for guests;
• Arrange car by requirement;
• Supervise rent car meters and hours;
• Handle cost statistics payment (rent car, ad hoc car, taxi).

2. Air ticket

• Purchase air ticket for expats and staffs on business trips domestically and internationally;
• Handle cost statistics payment.

3. Other job assigned by manager.

Job Requirement

• Education: College Degree above in major: English; Hospitality Management; Business Administration or related;
• Experience: None required, fresh graduate is preferred;
• Language: English is a must, Chinese is a plus;
• Skills: Good communication, eager to learn, dynamic, flexible.
