• Schedule factory audits (pre-sourcing, follow-up)
• Support factories for remediation and preventions for findings of 3rd party or customers audit reports and oversee through out to closure
• Develop required trainings for factories
• Conduct pre-internal audits to ensure factories good compliance systems
• Update an maintain country factory list with fully up to date audit timelines
• Be good team player and supportive to other team members.
• 5 year experiences in social compliance/ technical and sustainable audits
• Good knowledge of factory common practices and challenges
• Experiences in factory social, technical, sustainable audits
• Familiar with country and international labour laws
• Experiences working with global teams
• Well organized
• Excellent communication skills
• Willing to travel and work under high pressure
