Customer Service Intern

Job Description

• Make customer service calls and take care of member customers.
• Support the implementation of membership registration programs and member customer incentives.
• Issue cards, track customer spending, and points accumulation.
• Synthesize and store customer data.
• Support other tasks within the team.

Job Requirement

• Final-year students or recent graduates in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Active, dynamic, polite, with a good voice (an advantage).
• Proactive in work.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic language skills.
• Comfortable with communication and open-minded when working with customers.
