Design Manager

Job Description

· Take ownership of the interior design on projects, ensuring adherence to project brief guidelines in terms of quality, time, and budget.

· Define and articulate project briefs, aligning with project requirements and maintaining a cohesive design vision.

· Act as the custodian of design throughout all stages, ensuring the delivery aligns with the specified quality.

· Provide leadership to staff;

· Generate creative design solutions within the functional parameters of a project;

· Coordinate and manage full life cycle projects and project teams;

· Coordinate and manage all phases of the design process;

· Manage client relations;

· Attend and conduct presentations;

Job Requirement

·       Interior Design or Architectural qualification.

·       Minimum of 10 years post qualification experience

·       A minimum of 05 years specialist Workplace design experience.

·       Capable of providing creative design solutions specific to each Client.

·       Creative thinker, conceptual design expertise, strong technical knowledge, knowledge of furniture systems, current knowledge of Workplace Strategy concepts, and construction administration experience.

·       Able to work directly with our clients and form good working relationships.

·       Experience of managing and coordinating interior design teams.
