Electronics R&D Manager

Job Description

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Electronics R&D Manager ($1400, ID17878)

• Handle all issues related to product development.

• Communicate with customers regarding production and inspection of new products.

• Identify, confirm, and implement improvements from the initial stage to final approval.

• Manage, inspect, and evaluate product reliability, and prepare reports accordingly.

Job Requirement

• Male. Under 45 years old
• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar R&D managerial role
• In-depth knowledge of SMT (Surface Mount Technology) and proven experience collaborating with major clients such as Apple, SDC, or SDV.
• Strong technical background in one or more of the following areas: FPCB, TAPE, SIP, EPOXY, SMT, or SOLDERING — with FPCB expertise being a significant advantage.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Minitab.
• Excellent skills in reporting, data analysis, and problem-solving.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
