Job Description

Manage input of GI data for UK offices.
Drillers records
Support with automation of processes, where suitable
Generation of factual report content, including collation of data, preparation of the text, processing of photographs.
Import of digital data (AGS) into the central database with data checking and correction
Engineers logging of borehole samples, trial pits
Field test data such as dynamic cone penetrometers, gas and groundwater monitoring, permeability testing
Data process engineer logs through Openground database system
Data process field testing through Openground database system
Liaise with project managers/Operations and Principal Geologist to prioritise and organise workload.
Assist with production of Draft / Final reports
Responsible for mounting site photographs / core photographs on to report templates.
Assist in production of paper reports
Ensure client reporting deadlines are met

Job Requirement

Comprehence in English
Experience working in dynamic office environments.
Ability to work fast (without mistakes)
Good attention to detail
Ability to multi-task
Good all round IT skills
Good communications skills
Capacity to work on own / as part of team
Excellent time management skills
