Responsible for generating creative ideas, developing and managing designs, sales materials, and communication materials on online platforms, producing high-quality images to support brand development, assist sales efforts, and build brand image in the eyes of the public.
* Responsibility:
1. Execute the design of sales materials/marketing communication materials for the project
Provide creative direction (concept) and design for sales materials of the ongoing project, including: Logo & brand guideline, Key visuals, brochures, leaflets, flyers, posters, banners, billboards, static website interfaces, gift packaging, etc.
Oversee, manage, and take responsibility for the printing and production of sales materials
2. Execute professional requirements for promotional images in the project
Ensure the quality of art design for promotional images at model houses and showrooms of ongoing projects
Ensure the quality of art design and decoration for project introduction events (invitations, POSM items, backdrops, presentation slides, etc.)
3. Manage and coordinate with design partners on project promotional images on social media and event/project photography (when necessary)
Manage, supervise, and evaluate the artistic quality of publications appearing in the press, on social media, and on project websites implemented by partners.
Ensure image quality for internal company events or sales events supporting project promotional activities

Job Requirement
* Background / Experience:
Graduated from College/University with a major in Graphic Design.
Knowledge of marketing is a strong advantage.
Preference for experience in real estate companies.
3+ years of experience.
* Knowledge, Specific job skills, and Abilities:
Proficient in Adobe software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, Premiere, etc., and PowerPoint.
Specialized knowledge in advertising art.
Ability to design in line with the spirit and marketing direction of the product/project.
Experience working with advertising and printing partners.
Ability to respond quickly and work under pressure.
