Administrative Tasks:
· Maintain office supplies, including stationery and sales materials.
· Assist the Administrator in managing office assets and maintenance.
· Coordinate with external couriers to ensure timely and reliable mail distribution.
· Handle various clerical duties such as filing, copying, typing, and faxing.
· Manage and process expenses related to utilities, deliveries, and other payments.
· Collect, organize, and file office reports and statistics promptly.
· Ensure office security and control access at the reception desk.
· Assist in arranging and preparing meetings, conference rooms, and teleconference calls.
· Assist in coordinating training activities and company events.
· Perform additional assigned tasks as needed.
Reception Support:
· Welcome and professionally greet visitors to the company.
· Transfer/ Support direct visitors to the appropriate personnel and notify employees of their arrival.
· Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
· Handle incoming calls, answer queries, and take messages or transfer calls as necessary.
· Ensure reception coverage at all times.
· Regularly update and share the company contact list.
