Responsible for performing the daily functions of the International Marketing (Korea Domestic) Department.
Responsible for transportation arrangements and room bookings for customers.
Greet and meet customers.
Liaison with VIP Services Team to facilitate and ensure a remarkable visit for The Grand VIP customers.
Explain and assist with customers programs and settlement of accounts in an efficient manner.
Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to the regulatory, departmental and company policies.
Always present oneself as a credit to The Grand Ho Tram and assists others to do the same.
Performs other job-related duties.
Job Requirement
Must have a track record of excellent customer service, a great work ethic, and a desire to help The Grand Ho Tram casino guests to have the best experience possible.
Diploma degree is required or above.
Fluent in Korean language, English is a plus.
Ability to operate computer and MS office.
Must possess excellent customer service skills, interpersonal skills and communication skills.
Must possess a well-groomed appearance.
Must be able to get along with co-workers as a team.
Must be able to work flexible hours including some weekends and holidays.
