1. New Market Development (Main Focus)
- Identify and evaluate potential countries through market research.
- Develop entry strategies and sales plans for new markets.
- Approach, negotiate, and build partnerships with new dealers; introduce company
profile, send samples, and finalize contracts.
- Monitor performance, analyze market feedback, and propose strategic adjustments to
maximize growth.
2. Existing Dealer Management
- Manage daily operations with current dealers: order follow-up, production &
shipment scheduling, payment checking, and sales tracking.
- Propose new SKUs, support sales training, and coordinate promotional or display
contests.
- Conduct market analysis and visits to monitor distribution, pricing, and competitors’
activities.
3. Product Development & Reporting
- Gather feedback from dealers and suggest new products or flavors to R&D.
- Research competitor pricing and product trends.
- Send monthly newsletters to dealers introducing new items and company updates.
- Prepare sales reports, monthly OP reviews, annual AOP and NPD plans, and other
reports as required
- Graduated from University with major in Internation Business, Business Administration or related majors;
- Have 2-5 years of experience in Global Sales, Shipping Document or Global Marketing
- Experience in the food or confectionery industry
- Deep understanding of international business ( Middle-East, Africa, etc)
- Preferred majors: Business, trade, marketing
- Language: Proficiency in English
- Skills: Market analysis, negotiation, market development, cold calling, understanding of international trade and logistics, proficient in MS Office
- Other Willingness to travel internationally and ability to adapt to different cultures
