- Assistant for MS365 Development Project: Researching and Technical bridge
- Provide training and technical support to internal end-user, main MS365 environment
- Provide adequate administration/maintenance activities for the system availability including.
- Plan, control and ensure the company’s ICT infrastructure & equipment in the best quality
* Requirements:
- Experience: having at least 1 year of experience in system administration and end-user support activities
- Experience in setting up and maintaining the Microsoft platform, specially MS365 - Office 365; Linux and open-source applications are an advantage!
- Familiar working in Office 365 and MS365 environment: Email, Teams, Onedrive, SharePoint, Viva, Power Apps, ..etc
- Knowledge: College degree in ICT; Certified: MS365 Certified - MS-300/301, MS-700/721, ..
- Certifications: Project management, Cloud platform, .. - An advantage recruitment.
- Foreign language: English fluently
* Skills:
- Good understanding of large & complex Office365, MS365, Operating systems
- Strong communication skill, Training skill
- Very good at problem self-solving. Passionately learn to work
- Responsible, accurate, and able to work under high pressure and to strict deadlines
- Good skills in teamwork, Followup and time management.
- Fluently communication in English is recommendation
