Job Description

Support the Lean Development team in managing audit-related data, verifying compliance records, generating reports, and handling administrative coordination across multiple sites. Acts as a central support role for operational accuracy, cross-departmental coordination, and data-driven improvement.

1) Data Collection & Verification
- Collect audit data from all layers (5S, LPA, etc.) and validate completeness.
- Check form accuracy, signatures, and detailed comments; flag potential issues.
- Escalate discrepancies or noncompliance for action.
2) System Input & Documentation
- Enter data into internal systems (SharePoint, Excel, Power BI where applicable).
- Maintain structured digital and physical records sorted by audit type and date.
- Support document updates and corrections following audit reviews.
3) Reporting & Analysis
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly summary reports of Lean audit data.
- Highlight trends, recurring issues, and overdue items for management review.
- Support preparation of materials for meetings, scorecards, and presentations.
4) Administrative Support
- Coordinate scheduling for audits, trainings, and Lean activities.
- Track attendance, team records, and material distribution.
- Assist with filing, procurement requests, and department 5S maintenance.
5) Cross-Functional Coordination
- Liaise with other departments (Production, QA, HR, etc.) for data verification and audit readiness.
- Support document requests and communication for shared Lean initiatives.
- Follow up on open actions requiring inter-department input or closure.
6) Continuous Improvement Support
- Participate in Lean projects by preparing records and tracking progress.
- Provide suggestions for improving document workflows and reporting accuracy.

Job Requirement

  • Intermediate diploma or higher in Administration, Business, or a related field.
  • 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or administrative environment.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing data, audit checks, and data verification processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Skilled in recordkeeping, data tracking, and report generation.
  • Data input, report generation, and record verification
  • Strong organizational, prioritization and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, honest, and highly responsible.
  • Able to work independently and collaborate in a team.
  • English proficiency is a strong advantage but not required.
