Legal (70%)
Draft, review, amend, and negotiate domestic and international contracts to ensure legal compliance and protect the company’s interests.
Draft and review internal documents, regulations, processes, and templates. Develop website and e-commerce application policies in accordance with legal requirements.
Provide legal advice to the Board of Directors and departments on import–export, customs, labor, complaints, and disputes.
Research and stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to the company’s operations.
Periodically summarize, analyze, and evaluate work performance.
Manage, organize, store, and monitor contracts, documents, and legal records.
Executive Assistant (30%)
Manage and handle correspondence, emails, and documents for the Board of Directors; organize, categorize, and store key information to ensure proper distribution to relevant departments.
Prepare materials and information for meetings; create schedules, reports, and meeting minutes; distribute information to stakeholders. Manage meeting schedules and ensure timely and proper execution.
Follow up and supervise departments and individuals in implementing the Board’s directives and conclusions; ensure progress, quality, and timely reporting of arising issues.
2–3 years of experience in a similar position.
Executive Assistant Skills: Excellent organization, time management, communication, writing, and information-handling skills.
Legal Knowledge: Solid understanding of corporate law, contracts, e-commerce, labor, investment, and import–export regulations.
Professional Competencies: Strong drafting, analysis, and assessment skills for contracts and legal documents.
Office Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
