Position Summary
The Maintenance Supervisor coordinates the installation, maintenance, and repair work in Pistachio facilities. You will manage a small team, regularly inspect the factory, execute work as necessary, maintain equipment and assign manpower to do good maintenance service to satisfy the production's requirement for smooth production activity and comply with all regulations.
Specific Functions, Additional duties will include but not be limited to the following:
1. Ensure all types of machinery and equipment are in good condition and ready to be put into production.
2. Plan a schedule and carry on repairing, doing corrective, and preventive maintenance of machines which ensures the minimum downtime for production.
3. Program PLC if requested by management
4. Manage inventory, plan spare part materials
5. Support training of team members in electrical expertise.
6. Maintain facilities in the first-class condition through housekeeping, 5S.
7. Take initiatives in modifying and fabricating machines to facilitate production needs.
8. Make proposals to improve the machines' performance.
9. To supervise maintenance operators & ensure tasks are completed safely and in accordance with company regulations. Train and develop people to enrich their skills and knowledge.
10. Cooperate with relevant to conduct regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems.
11. Prepare work reports and send to direct manager monthly
12. Other assignments if required by Maintenance Manager, Factory Manager.

Job Requirement
Qualification, Competencies Requirements
Education: Graduated from College/University in Electrical Engineering/ Industrial Electric/Automatic or related fields.
Experience: At least 2 years in a technical field, maintenance, repairing, PLC…preferably in FMCG.
