Job Description

  • Create engaging written and visual content (captions, scripts, photos, videos, reels/shorts) for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Develop monthly content calendars, trending ideas, and creative concepts for marketing campaigns and restaurant promotions.
  • Manage social media channels, including content posting, community interaction, and maintaining consistent brand messaging.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to build promotional content, events, and seasonal marketing activities.
  • Analyze content/campaign performance and optimize based on insights and platform trends.
  • Work with partners, KOLs/KOCs, and media channels to increase brand visibility.
  • Create basic designs (banners, posters, social assets) or collaborate with designers to maintain brand consistency.
  • Support photo/video shooting when needed and prepare weekly/monthly marketing reports.

Job Requirement

  • 1–2 years of experience in Marketing, with a strong focus on content creation in F&B or Hospitality.

  • Excellent writing skills, storytelling ability, and creativity.

  • Understanding of social media trends, audiences, and content formats.

  • Basic design or video-editing skills (Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, etc.) are an advantage.

  • Strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
