The role of the National Security & Compliance Assistant Manager (Security ASM) is to support the National Security, Safety & Compliance Manager in monitoring Distribution Centres (DCs), business units and contractors of Linfox Viet Nam to comply the security policy and relevant regulations.
Ensure Distribution Centres (DCs) comply and maintain the company's rules and regulations on Security, Safety, and loss prevention.
· Support direct manager for managing and leading the Security team across the national-wide to protect people, assets, equipment and reputation at all sites.
· Monitor and support DCs to ensure that they understand and comply security standard procedures.
· Investigate security and/or compliance related incidents at all sites in Vietnam and provide timely updates.
· Carry out risk assessments, security audits, and training programs across the country to ensure compliance and awareness.
· On behalf of direct manager to participate in meetings, resolve related issues when assigned.
· Support direct manager to develop, review and revise all security document, procedures and templates before submitting direct manager for deployment.
· Consolidate all the controlled security procedures, working instructions and security templates. Ensure all sites must apply the controlled documentation uniformly according to Standard Security Procedures.
· Receive security reports from DCs and relevant business units, consolidate and submit the draft reports (weekly/monthly/yearly) to direct manager timely and accurately.
· Support all paperwork required for new sites opening. Ensure all mandatory documentation (SOP, working instruction, forms…) and equipment, support tools are in place for new site operation.
· Manage and store security records including audit, investigation report and disciplinary actions…chronologically and professionally.
· Support Site Security Managers and track all records and documents for audit BRC, URSA, SMETA ...
· Coordinate with relevant departments to monitor the inventory and update the result in the reports.
· Ensure a component of training for new security starters and periodic refresher training for existing security in line with the company security policy, frameworks, and procedures
· Undertake any additional security related duties as reasonably requested by direct manager.
Education: Graduate from university especially in public security university is preferable.
Qualifications: Having the qualification of auditor is preferable.
Experience:
· Have working experience of 02 years in Loss Prevention, Accident Investigation, Security Investigation, and audit activities preferably within Warehouse and Transport environments.
· Experience in security training and coaching is preferable.
· Have basic knowledge of camera systems or camera management software
· Experienced in warehouse operations, goods control, security and safety is preferable
· Proficient in the English language both written and spoken skills is required (TOIEC 650 or equivalent).
· Good command of computer skills especially MS Office.
· Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills and leadership personality.
· Ability to work independently with the high pressure.
