​Lên Content Cho Website / Website Content Creation

• Viết bài chuẩn SEO về sản phẩm, dịch vụ công ty. / Write SEO-friendly articles about the company’s products and services.
• Cập nhật nội dung website (bài blog, landing page, case study…)./ Update website content (blogs, landing pages, case studies, etc.).
• Xây dựng nội dung quảng cáo Google Ads, Facebook Ads nếu cần. / Create ad content for Google Ads and Facebook Ads if required.

Viết Content Cho Mạng Xã Hội / Social Media Content Writing

• Viết bài đăng Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube… / Write posts for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
• Lên kế hoạch & triển khai nội dung theo trend. / Plan and execute trend-driven content strategies.
• Quản lý, cập nhật và tối ưu bài viết trên các nền tảng. / Manage, update, and optimize content across social media platforms.
• Viết caption thu hút, kèm hashtag phù hợp./ Craft engaging captions with appropriate hashtags.

Viết Kịch Bản & Hỗ Trợ Sản Xuất Video TikTok / TikTok Scriptwriting & Video Production Support

• Lên 15 - 30 kịch bản video ngắn/tháng. / Develop 15 - 30 short video scripts per month.
• Viết nội dung sáng tạo, trend-driven. / Create engaging, trend-based content.
• Hỗ trợ quay dựng nếu cần. / Assist in filming and editing if needed.
• Đề xuất ý tưởng viral để tăng reach & engagement. / Suggest viral content ideas to boost reach and engagement./ Primary contact for coordinating with KOLs/KOCs and freelancers Liên hệ chính với KOL/KOC và freenlancers

Job Requirement

- Tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành Marketing, Truyền thông, Báo chí hoặc liên quan.
Graduate in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

- Có khả năng viết sáng tạo, đúng insight khách hàng.
Strong creative writing skills with a good understanding of customer insights.

- Hiểu cơ bản về SEO, tối ưu nội dung trên website.
Basic knowledge of SEO and website content optimization.

- Biết bắt trend & triển khai nội dung hấp dẫn trên TikTok, Facebook.
Ability to identify and create trendy, engaging content for TikTok and Facebook.

- Có tư duy hình ảnh, video (không cần biết dựng nhưng hiểu cách lên concept).
Visual and video content mindset (no editing skills required, but concept understanding is a plus).

- Ưu tiên ứng viên đã có kinh nghiệm thực tập hoặc làm content thực tế.
Prior internship or experience in content writing is a plus.
