Job Description

To advertise, screen, interview and allocate suitable applications for hiring departments in accordance with specified criteria and recruitment plan.
To check recruitment requests and follow-up recruitment procedures in order to ensure headcount approval according to HR policy.
To prepare reports including headcount reports, worker recruitment channels,..
Support recruitment promotion plan (Develop promotion ideas, and implement activities to attract candidates…)
Any other duties as may be required by manager.

Job Requirement

Graduated from University with related majors.
Require computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Power-point, Excel.
Basic English skills (speaking, listening, writing, reading).
Good at editing posters, using Photoshop/ Illustration is a plus.
Experience in human resource is an advantage.
