Perform recruitment process includes monitor the Manpower Requisitions, job postings, selection, interview arrangement, job offer and acceptance, orientation, update employees’ record etc.

• Provide day to day local HR operations support including onboarding & offboarding.
• Assist in training process includes monitor the training requisition, source for training courses, update training records includes internal/external trainings and on-the-job trainings.
• Handle and manage government training grant applications. Assist in preparing for in-house training such as refreshments, setting up training venue, etc.
• To support HR activities such as festival celebration, annual dinner, CSR, town hall meeting, etc.
• Order food and beverages for guests and handle other administrative tasks.
• Checking and updating daily attendance of employees
• Preparation of HR-related reports
• Ensure employee disciplinary matters are properly handled and record
• Handling full spectrum of oversea employee support including new application, renewal of work permit, per diem, temporary residence card, purchase of insurance, transportation and dormitory-related matters
• Liaise with government authorities such as Immigration, Labour Office, Statutory Office, etc. as and when required
• To support HR activities such as festive celebration, annual dinner, CSR, town hall meeting, etc.
• Handling hotel/transport booking for employees on business trip including air-ticket and visa
• Perform other related duties as required by the HR Manager

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, BA or related fields
• 2 to 3 years’ C&B experience and recruitment in manufacturing industry
• Attention to detail, high integrity, able to work independently
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office applications
• Good knowledge in VN Labor Code
• Having good English communication skills
