I. JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Performance Marketing Management
Take full ownership of PPC/Performance channels and lead multiple performance marketing projects for Yes4All.
Build and manage a team of (senior) specialists to execute performance advertising strategies
Performance Marketing Operation
Develop and strengthen in-house digital expertise in areas such as search marketing, display advertising, and performance on e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Wayfair, and Walmart.
Oversee global channel campaigns and vendor partnerships to optimize advertising performance.
Ensure access to key marketing performance data; collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices.
Work closely with the Business and Sales teams to translate business goals into actionable digital marketing plans.
Measure and optimize performance using an ROI-focused approach.
Marketing Research, Standardization, and Optimization
Promote a culture of A/B testing and experimentation to enhance creatives, messaging, and user experience.
Actively track and analyze performance, competitors, and benchmarks to stay data-driven.
Define marketing requirements across platforms and standardize reporting and performance analysis practices.
Ensure compliance with data and advertising regulations.
Identify and build strategic partnerships with external vendors and platforms to support growth.
Business Expansion/Project Management
Contribute to cross-functional business expansion initiatives, including entering new channels, markets, and customer segments.
Play a key role in business improvement projects such as automation, new process design, and operational scaling.
Knowledge
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related fields. A Master’s degree is preferred.
Skills
Proficient in English for both written and verbal business communication. Fluency in Vietnamese is required.
Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Quick to learn and adapt.
High level of integrity, responsibility, and a strong sense of urgency.
Project management and leadership skills, with a service-oriented mindset. We seek individuals with a clear sense of purpose.
Experience
At least 5 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing within industries such as Sporting Goods, Furniture, or FMCG (B2C), along with a strong understanding of digital customer journeys.
Demonstrated expertise in Performance Marketing is required. Experience with Amazon advertising tools is a plus.
Solid understanding of content marketing fundamentals and best practices for digital customer experience. An operational mindset and strong attention to detail are essential.
