Supervise plating manufacturing output and guarantee product quality
Conduct tests and monitor process performance throughout the manufacturing process.
Enhance the plating process and participate in cost-cutting initiatives.
Carry out improvement programs to fully optimize product manufacturing processes.
Maintain production process stability and daily quality data analysis from upstream processes/plating/final inspection to identify the effectiveness of corrective action.
Troubleshoot plating procedures and resolve quality issues in compliance.
Create safety protocols for employees who work with potentially hazardous materials.
Other tasks as given by the manager.
Job Requirement
Male/ Female. Age: 25-40 years old
Graduated from university, majoring in chemistry
At least 5 years of working experience specializing in plating at plating lines in manufacturing plants.
