We are a new establish Vietnamese- Singaporean procurement company, located in Ho Chi Minh city. We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to manage sourcing and purchasing of goods and services, including IT software, IT hardware, F&B, Marketing services, facility services, and other professional services.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end sourcing and purchasing process
Develop supplier relationships and evaluate vendor performance.
Negotiate contracts and pricing terms, Contract management
Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs
Ensure compliance with company procurement policy and ethical standards
Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive process improvements
Initiate and upkeep price data, vendor data
Monitoring and follow-up supplier's performance, quality, budget.
Other tasks to be assigned by manager.
Location: HQ Songha Building, 11 street 33, An Khanh, Thu Duc, HCM
Working hrs: Mon-Fri (9:00 am- 6:00 pm)

** Fresh graduate is welcome. Working experience is plus **
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Chinsese language, International Trade, Import/Export, Business Administration, Logistics or related field
Fluent in Chinese, must able to speak fluently, able to write email, read contract.
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
3+ years of experience in indirect/direct procurement or purchasing.
Knowledge of procurement tools is a plus
