Production Staff

Job Description

• Ensure accurate and timely collection, analysis, and reporting of production data to support performance tracking, quality control, and continuous process improvement.
• Data Collection & Analysis: Record daily, weekly, and monthly production data. Analyze data to support reporting and production planning.
• Production Reporting: Compile information to create periodic reports on production performance, product quality, and any issues arising. Ensure reports are clear, accurate, and submitted on time.
• Data Verification: Review and verify the accuracy of collected data before submitting to upper management. Maintain data transparency and traceability.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with departments such as Engineering, Production, Maintenance, and Quality Control to gather data and resolve issues. Assist in coordinating activities when required by management.
• Process Improvement Suggestions: Based on data analysis, propose process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and product quality.
• Incident Reporting: Monitor and record any incidents or production disruptions. Report promptly to management for timely corrective action

Job Requirement

• College or University degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and production management software.
• Strong data analysis skills, attention to detail, and a high sense of responsibility.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
