About the Role
Pharmacity is seeking a QA Manager to lead the testing team and ensure the quality of our products — including the PMC website, mobile app, O2O systems, and internal tools.
This role requires both strategic leadership and strong technical expertise in test automation, quality governance, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams.
You will be responsible for building QA standards, scaling the QA team, and establishing automation frameworks that ensure high-quality, stable releases across all products.
Key Responsibilities
− Lead and mentor the QA team responsible for end-to-end testing of Pharmacity’s products — including Web, Mobile App, CRM, and O2O systems.
− Design and implement comprehensive test strategies across functional, regression, API, and performance testing domains.
− Build scalable automation frameworks integrated with CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient regression and release validation.
− Ensure test coverage across key business modules — cart, checkout, promotion, loyalty, payment, and inventory synchronization.
− Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and DevOps engineers to ensure product quality from design through production release.
− Participate in grooming, sprint planning, and release planning meetings, embedding quality early in the development cycle.
− Drive continuous improvement and innovation in QA practices through new tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
− Define, track, and report QA metrics and KPIs (e.g., defect density, automation coverage, regression efficiency) to measure and enhance quality performance.
Requirements
1. Technical skills
− Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
− 7+ years of QA experience, with at least 3+ years in a QA Lead or Manager role.
− Proficiency working in Linux environments, including command-line systems
− Proficiency in using agile/scrum tools, project management tools and qa management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Testrail, Xray)
− Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Shell scripting, Python)
− Experience with version control tools (e.g. GIT) and containerized environments (e.g. Docker)Cẩm Nang Tuyển Dụng
− Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
− Experience in QA Automation Framework and API Testing Tools (e.g. Robot Framework, Postman)
− Experience with performance and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, K6)
− Experience in e-commerce, retail, or O2O domains, especially in checkout, payment, promotion, or loyalty programs is a plus
