Job Description

I. Job Purpose:

  • Responsible to ensure all products in compliance with Circle K Vietnam standard and Vietnam law food safety requirements
  • Develop and manage Quality Assurance (QA) team nationwide to achieve goal

II. Job Accountabilities:

1. Audit & Training Planning

  • Initiate plan and perform training for QA staff & related subjects on newly updates of regulations and checklist
  • Initiate plan and perform training on audit skills, technical related skills for QA staff and improve QA team’s knowledge
  • Evaluate, remind, and make suggestions for issues that cause unsafety of all products at stores
  • Coordinate with related departments to ensure a safe working environment, food safety of all products at the store

2. Quality Assurance of Suppliers

  • Coordinate with related department to ensure supplier supply all products, which must be following food safety, Circle K Vietnam standard, Vietnam law requirement
  • Update Vietnam law on Food Safety, and have direction to review, update QA Suppliers Audit checklist.
  • Audit manufacturer, suppliers to ensure compliance

3. Stores Audit (if any)

  • Manage and planning for QA manpower to conduct inspections at stores in compliance with plan and Circle K Vietnam standard
  • Update Vietnam law on Food Safety, and have direction to review

4. Other tasks

  • Have direction to the QA team to control effectively of QA tools
  • Supervise corrective action of QA report by weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly
  • Other tasks are as assigned by Line Manager

Job Requirement

  • Graduated University with food technology, biotechnology, chemistry background or related fields
  • Knowledge about HACCP, Iso 22000, BRC, GMP, 5S. etc.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in supervisor/ manager position in hospitality relating to food, food service, catering, fast food industry; quality assurance audit in manufacturing factory of FMCG/ Food products. Retail knowledge is an advantage
  • Experienced in food service/fast food operation. Good leadership, management skills, critical thinking, presentation skills, problem solving
  • High sense of responsibility, customer service oriented, detailed, demanding for perfection, positive & quick in action. Good teamwork spirit
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Good communication in both Vietnamese and English
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
