1. Proceed the activities for trial of new product development, new process equipment, new material development, backup source, cost saving such as arrange trial, analyze data, do shelf-life test, report...
2. Prepare the Procedures/ Work instructions/ Forms related to production line/process.
3. Maintain proper documents, review and revise it to ensure timely update, effective and efficient storage and accessibility.
4. Proceed creating and checking PDR recipe before conducting the trial.
Job Requirement
· College Degree or above in Food Technology and/or Food Chemistry.
· At least 2 years of experience in the Technology or QC area of Food Companies.
· Good command of English (reading and writing), and PC usage. Fluent in English would be an advantage
· Experience in Quality & Food Safety Management System would be an advantage.
