As Admin cum Receptionist, you will be responsible for general office administration, spearhead ISO initiatives, liaise with suppliers, logistics support and inventory management.
RESPONSIBILITY
Answer and transfer incoming calls in a professional manner (in English);
Receive & welcome clients and visitors;
Handle all incoming and out-going mails, couriers, keep track and record;
Take care of office profiles and newspapers;
Keep the reception area clean and neatly;
Schedule meeting rooms and monitor car usage;
Assist in recording disbursements;
Book air tickets & accommodation.
Maintain and update contact details;
Ensure facility and office upkeep and maintenance and sufficient supplies to provide good working conditions.
Coordinate work flow.
Be responsible and coordinate activities and events of the office.
Handle administrative work of projects.
Correspond with colleagues, business partners, external parties and guests.
Prepare and control administrative budgets.
Get involved in other areas of competence as required.
Job Requirement
Health in good condition
Experienced in administration or receptionist at least 1 year.
Diploma/Degree or Basic Degree in any field…
English: Good in reading / listening/ writing/speaking
Good communication and problem solving skills
A fast learner, ability to multi-task and work independently under minimum supervision
Computer skills: MS. Word, MS. Excel, MS. Power Point, Email, Internet.
Good knowledge of Forwarding & Logistics Field is preferable.
