Job Description

  • Conduct Onboarding Program: Develop and deliver comprehensive onboarding training programs for new sales hires, combining both online and offline training methods to ensure flexibility and effectiveness.
  • New Sales Assistant Support: Provide ongoing guidance and mentorship to new employees, assisting them in acquiring the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in their roles.
  • Field Support: Provide hands-on field support to sales representatives, offering guidance, coaching, and feedback during actual customer interactions to enhance their selling skills.
  • Training Material: Create and maintain a rich repository of training materials, including presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, test banks, and case studies, to ensure that the content is up-to-date and engaging.
  • Training Evaluation: Continuously assess the effectiveness of training programs through surveys and feedback mechanisms, and make necessary improvements to meet evolving business needs and enhance training quality.

Job Requirement

Experience and expertise :

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales training, preferably in the financial sector. •Strong understanding of consumer financial products and services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and coach sales teams to meet and exceed targets.
  • Proficiency in creating training materials, test banks, and case studies.
  • Experience in conducting surveys and utilizing feedback to improve training quality.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach to training and development.
