Perform daily compliance activities and prepare required documentation for client, third-party, and government audits.
Manage and oversee social compliance practices within the factory.
Provide support, communication, and training to partners as required.
Acquire and maintain knowledge of local labor, wage, and safety laws; labor contracts; client codes of conduct; and international human rights standards (e.g., WRAP, BSCI, SMETA).
Execute other tasks as assigned by the manager.
Participate in cross-audit activities.
Update and maintain legal documents and international standards related to social compliance.
Ensure full compliance with legal requirements to facilitate smooth company operations.
