BằNG is a Vietnemase furniture and lighting brand (@bangoibanga on Instagram) We are a team of 8 people, together we work hard to build an internationally recognized design brand from Vietnam. We are looking for a new admin in our team to manage our Europe market.
SCOPE OF WORK:
B2B orders: receive order, upload order on ERP, proceed order delivery via WMS.
Accounting follow-up & history: customers payments, company expenses.
Customer service for B2B & B2C: receive customer requests, answers customers, organise delivery, follow-up with customer.
Support the team with various admin tasks.
TOOLS YOU WILL WORK WITH: If you have no experience with the tools we work with, we will take the time to train you.
ERP & WMS
Instagram & Facebook
Multichannel support: emails, social network inquires, live chat
Google Suite: G Mail, Google Sheet, Google Slides

Job Requirement
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-3 years working - Fluent English

Location, 194/24A Khu phố Nội Hóa 1, P, Dĩ An, Bình Dương 75310 (Make sure you can drive everyday).
Working hours, From Monday to Friday: 8h-12h & 13h-17h, Saturday: 8h-12h.
