JOB SUMMARY

Make sure the finish Electronics related product (battery/inverter/robo etc.) is manufactured under a stable production facility, consistent testing data, in order to conform product specification, through managing quality related data systems

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES

• Assist with quality-related data systems via software, for summarising and providing feedback on quality-related metrics.

• Use software such as Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Minitab, Python, and PowerBI is a strong advantage.

• Train or prepare work instructions for technicians on how to record data electronically.

• Familiarity with quality processes (Lean Six Sigma), particularly in electronics.

• Familiarity with electronics or battery troubleshooting is a plus.

• Analyze non-conformance products on the line and during OQC/IPQC inspection.

• Ensure OQC and IPQC technicians follow work instructions through data analysis.

• Analyze non-conformance data during IPQC/OQC control.

• Check that components used in the assembly line match with BOM.

• Ensure all quality documents are ready before production.

• Help collect data on the production line for QE purposes.

• Troubleshoot any quality problems in the production line.

• Follow up on new product builds.

• Follow up on mass production product reliability tests and analyze failed samples.

• • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Mechatronic Engineer

  • Experience: 3–5 years in manufacturing or related industry

  • Knowledge: Able to handle the full set of quality control problems

  • Good communication in English

  • Working in Cu Chi Factory - Having shuttle bus

  •  Good communication / presentation skills

  • Familiar with the Quality Tools.

  • Familiar with data tools (Excel, power bi, minitab, python)

  • Familiar with different manufacturing process

  • Computer proficient Team player with positive approach
