You will be responsible for the following duties at a company that produces, manufactures, and sells molds for automotive and electronic components:

• Managing the accounting, general affairs, and human resources departments, and sales departments
• Legal affairs
• Managing subordinates
• General company management
• Communicating with external consultants

Required Skills

• Japanese language skills N2 or above
• Ability to report, communicate, and consult effectively.
• Experience managing subordinates.
• Ability to communicate effectively with external parties (e.g., consulting with consultants).
• Those who have experience in Manager in Admin, Acc, GA or HR department.

*Legal knowledge is not required. Being able to consult with consultants and gather opinions is sufficient.
