Focus on New Product Development
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
- Lead QB, QB readiness sheet & checklist, QB product & process audit report owner.
- Driving quality issue trouble shooting in EB, ESB, QB, PR & 1st MP safe Launch state.
- Work with cross functional team for quality trouble shooting solution.
- Delivery Process Control Plan, QC Inspection plan, check cards & related documents to QE partner.
- Receive & handle quality issue / abnormal feedback from line leader, IPQC & OQC team in 1st MP safe launch.
- Follow up D4 ~ D8 in 8D methodology. - Other important tasks from direct superior
Education:
Academic: Bachelor’s Mechanical / Electronic engineer
Experience:
At least 2 years’ experience at manufacturing quality engineer position Work experience in electronic/electric industrial
Knowledge:
Have knowledge about plastic injection, electric motor, PCBA, Battery & Gear box.
Understand MSA, SPC, Process Control Plan, ISO 9001:2015
Functional Skills:
Interpersonal & Leadership mindset Good at Vietnamese & English communication. Good at report & presentation
