Mô tả Công việc

1. Position Objective

Support the Brand Manager in developing, executing, and monitoring brand building activities to ensure brand consistency, customer connection, and business growth. Act as a bridge between brand strategy and cross-functional teams (Trade, Retail, Sales, VM...) through training and implementation of brand guidelines.

2. Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy

- Assist in developing quarterly/yearly brand plans including positioning, objectives, communication direction, and budget.
- Research market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to provide insights for strategic decisions.
- Support the execution of brand campaigns, product launches, and key marketing initiatives.

Brand Execution

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Retail, Trade, Sales, Visual Merchandising, Digital...) to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Participate in building brand guidelines (Brand, VM, Store image guidelines, etc.).
- Monitor and report on branding performance and execution effectiveness.

Training & Implementation Support

- Develop training materials related to branding (messaging, campaigns, products, image standards).
- Actively participate in internal training activities: educating frontline (Sales/Retail), Trade, or Style teams to apply brand spirit.
- Support store-level audits to evaluate brand awareness and implementation quality.

Brand Assets & Image Management

- Manage brand asset libraries including photos, videos, documents; coordinate creative content production.
- Handle requests for brand asset usage from internal departments or external partners.

3. Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 1–2 years of experience in FMCG, fashion, jewelry, luxury retail, or relevant brand-related roles.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration and campaign execution is a plus.

Functional Skills

- Strong brand mindset with understanding of brand building and image consistency.
- Capable of writing content, briefing agencies, and collaborating with design teams.
- Able to analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor data.

Training & Communication Skills

- Clear and effective communicator.
- Able to create engaging training materials (slides/documents) and present to small groups.
- Strong team player with cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving skills.

4. Personal Qualities

- Detail-oriented with a strong aesthetic sense aligned with premium brand values.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and growth-minded.
