• Thực hiện các công việc được giao

Perform work orders.

• Thực hiện các công việc về thiêt bị và kế hoạch PMP

Perform equipments and plants PMP job.

• Sữa lỗi và cài đặt các thiết bị chương trình mới để phục vụ sản xuất

Debugging and installation the new program equipments for the formal production

• Thực hiện các yêu cầu khẩn cấp của bảo trì

Perform all kinds of emergency maintenance requirements.

• Kiểm tra dụng cụ hằng quý.

Audit the tools each quarter

• Tuân thủ chính sách môi trường, chất lượng và hệ thống quản lý môi trường. Tuân thủ chính sách an toàn và sức khỏe nơi làm việc và các hướng dẫn hiện hành

Complies with the environmental policy and applicable quality and environmental management systems instructions. Comply with the Workplace Safety and Health Policy and applicable instructions.

• Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ và trách nhiệm khác theo sự phân công

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Tốt nghiệp Trung cấp chuyên ngành Kỹ thuật cơ điện hoặc tương đương

​           Junior College Degree and majored in Electromechanical technician or equivalent.

• 3 năm kinh nghiệm làm bảo trì điện trở lên

           3 years electrical and mechanical maintenance experience or above .

• Có chứng chỉ điện (Nếu có chứng chỉ Hàn là 1 lợi thế)

           Have the electrician certification( will be better to have the welder certification).

• Có kiến thức và kinh nghiệm làm việc về PLC tự động hóa

​           Have knowledege and experience working about PLC automation

• Kinh nghiệm sự dụng mày tiện, máy phay

           Familiar with the processing of lathe machine and milling machine.

• Thể lực tôt để đi bộ trong suốt 8 tiếng làm việc

            Must be physically capable of walking for an eight hour work shift.

• Phải nâng được 27 kg

           Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds.

• Có thể luân phiên nâng lên cúi xuống trong suốt ca làm việc

           Repeated bending and lifting during the work shift.

• Chấp nhận mang giày mũi thép

           Must be able to wear steel-toe footwear.

• Thị lực tốt đáp ứng được  chứng chỉ lái xe nâng

           Adequate visual acuity to qualify for a fork-lift license.

• Phải có kỹ năng nâng Pallet để di chuyển sản phẩm

           Must be able to operate a pallet jack for product movement.

• Có khả năng leo thang để thay đổi nguyên vật liệu

           Must be capable of climbing ladders/stairs for material changes.

• Vượt qua bài kiểm tra máy ít nhất 80%

            Pass the Machine Reasoning Test within a minimum of 80% score.

• Vượt qua bài test bảo trì ít nhất 65 điểm

           Pass the Maintenance test within a mínimum score of 65.

• Đạt 20 điểm Wonderlic trở lên

           Pass the Wonderlic test within a minimum score of 20.
