Mô tả Công việc

1. Recruitment Planning & Strategy

  • Collaborate with business units and regional leaders to identify hiring needs for each market.

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to specific positions and countries.

  • Identify and optimize recruitment channels, especially international platforms and headhunting networks.

2. Recruitment Execution

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for mid- to senior-level positions in international markets.

  • Apply advanced hunting skills to approach high-caliber and niche talent.

  • Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and provide hiring recommendations.

  • Maintain candidate databases and prepare regular recruitment progress reports.

3. Talent Pool Development

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pool for key markets such as the US, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and others.

  • Foster long-term relationships with potential candidates and the international talent community.

Typical Positions to be Hired:

  • Business & Marketing management roles in overseas markets (local candidates).

  • Experts (expatriates) relocating to work oversea.

  • Senior leadership positions including country managers, regional directors, and department heads in international markets.

  • Highly specialized technical, commercial, and supply chain professionals for global operations.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of recruitment experience; international hiring experience is a significant advantage.

  • Proven hunting skills, especially in sourcing senior-level and hard-to-find talent.

  • Proficiency in searching tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, international job boards, etc.).

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain candidate relationships.

  • Fluent in English; additional foreign languages are a plus.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently.

  • Ability to work under pressure, particularly during high-volume hiring periods.
