1. Compliance Management
- Develop, implement, and update company compliance policies in line with Vietnamese labor law and international standards
- Support customer and third-party compliance programs such as Better Work, Higg FEM, SLCP, and ISO.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for internal and external CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) audits.
- Follow up on audit findings and coordinate corrective actions.
2. Labor Relations
- Monitor workplace relations and support a positive working environment.
- Handle employee feedback, concerns, and complaints in a timely and fair manner.
- Support and organize periodic dialogue meetings between workers and management.
- Help prevent and resolve conflicts through communication and cooperation.
- Employee Welfare & Communication
- Review, update, and improve employee welfare and benefit policies.
- Ensure all employees are well-informed about their rights, benefits, and company policies.
- Coordinate internal communication and awareness programs on compliance, labor law, and workplace ethics.
3. CSR & Sustainability Programs
- Support company projects related to social responsibility, environment, and sustainability.
- Work with internal teams and external partners to meet customer and legal requirements.
4. Other duties as assigned by management.
