Mô tả Công việc

- Set up standard procedure of new customer.

- Experience about Customs clearance procedure (HS code, customs policy, CO …) and trucking arrangement will be a plus.

- Know about liquidation job, statement report subject to EPE, processing, manufacturing

- Consulting to customer the proceed shipment, im-export document (air, ocean)

- Co-operate well with partners/ co-workers (customs, forwarders, carriers, trucking companies…) to provide good service to customer & also avoid any trouble.

- Report to Korean Manager/ Director for any irregularity.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- At least 4 - 5 years of working experience in freight forwarding /Shipping Operations/ Customs broker with minimum 3 years management role.
- Have working experience in foreign forwarding company.
- Strong analysis skill and project management.
- Good time management and multi-task management skills.
- Strong customer service and results orientation.
- Good communication with customers as well as colleagues.
- Bilingual as native speaker for local market and good English both in oral and written.
- Strong Computer skills including the complete Microsoft Office package.
