MAISON RMI is a leading Fashion Retailer in Vietnam, MAISON RMI currently operating over 22 international brands and a fast-growing Ecommerce with over 40 international brands. Whilst to date the retail industry in Vietnam has been predominantly driven from traditional channels, we now see an increasing need to be dominant in the digital space and more importantly to integrate all of our digital and traditional marketing efforts towards unified business goals. We have also expanded our operations to Cambodia, continuing our mission to bring global fashion to Southeast Asian consumers.
The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the strategy development and delivery of all digital marketing efforts for all MAISON activities. This role will include both “always-on” and campaign based activities to each of our various brand target audiences. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be expected to be familiar with a wide variety of channels including performance ads, budget planning, content development & branding, Web/Native ads, Mobile Marketing, SEM, SEO, Social Media and Display Banners…
DIGITAL EXPECTATIONS
· Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company’s website and from online to offline stores.
· Leading, managing and training the digital marketing team including the creation of all key reporting formats/dashboards and regular monitoring of all key KPIs
· Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing
· Managing the team across all performance and non-paid marketing channels to generate leads/interest/awareness on a case-by-case basis
· Manage marketing campaign planning, content development and delivery across multiple web sites and other digital channels
· Work closely with the brand’s digital marketing team and clearly understand the requirements for brands that operate their own ecommerce channels. (We are currently operating 01 Multi-brand Ecommerce & 5 individual brand’s ecommerce)
· Understanding analytics and measuring ROI in coherent reporting templates/dashboards
· Weekly/monthly/quarterly digital marketing audit of performance vs. budget as well as the creation of coherent marketing plans to improve sale revenue.
· Provide functional expertise, and best practices and recommendations regarding the execution of digital marketing campaigns. Apply expertise to demonstrate how digital communications can improve the reach and enhance effectiveness of marketing campaign content.
The Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with Retail Marketing Manager – who manages PR & Marketing, Design, Partnership & Event to ensure digital communication projects/programs are executed within strict conformance with the company's strategy, our brand’s guidelines, security and other applicable standards. Additionally the Digital Marketing Manager will be expected to support and suggest ideas for the development of new standards for all existing and evolving channels.

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in digital marketing, ecommerce, business, or a related field.
· 3–5 years of experience in fashion retail and digital marketing, with a strong interest in the industry.
· Proven success in planning and managing multi-channel digital marketing and ecommerce campaigns.
· Solid understanding of online marketing strategies, tools, and best practices.
· Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
· Excellent interpersonal skills with experience working across departments and with external partners.
· Creative, strategic thinker with the ability to generate new ideas and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
· Prior experience in a similar digital marketing leadership role is highly preferred.
