JOB SUMMARY
Document release and control, maintain data in engineering system

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
Follow up approval process of ISO9001 and Engineering documents (such as ECO, PR, TD, WI…etc.) and release approved documents to related departments timely.

Create and maintain engineering data (e.g.: EBOM, Project Code, HSF test report…etc.) in system per Engineer’s requisition form.

Create weekly report of data status per request from top management of Engineering REQUIREMENTS

Education
College/Bachelor diploma
Experience
Would like to have one-year similar work experience. If not training provided.
Knowledge
Proficient in using MS office software Reading and Writing English required. Basic Oral English communication ability. ISO9001 knowledge is a plus.

*Working location: Tan Phu Trung IZ - Cu Chi. Shuttle bus from HCM, Binh Duong and Dong Nai are available.
