Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance market presence and brand visibility
Lead and manage the trade marketing team to effectively execute BTL (Below-The-Line) campaigns and coordinate ATL (Above-The-Line) activities for maximum impact
Collaborate closely with the Business Development and Retail teams to optimize in-store visibility and promotional efforts
Plan and oversee trade marketing initiatives, including POSM (Point-of-Sale Materials) production, merchandising strategies, and in-store activations
Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to continuously refine and optimize trade marketing strategies
Plan and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective and ROI-driven campaign execution
Build and maintain strong partnerships with retailers, vendors, and key stakeholders to strengthen distribution networks
Conduct regular field visits to evaluate campaign implementation, gather insights, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Measure the effectiveness of trade marketing campaigns and provide data-driven recommendations for future strategies.
Mentor and develop team members, fostering professional growth and enhancing overall team performance.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Minimum 5 years of experience in trade marketing, sales, or retail marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Proficient in English
Strong understanding of FMCG, retail, or lottery industry dynamics
Proficiency in marketing analytics and sales performance tracking tools
Experience in executing trade marketing campaigns and POSM management
Leadership and team management
Strategic trade marketing planning and execution
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Relationship-building with retailers and distribution partners
Effective communication and negotiation skills
